Remove My Personal Data
You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you and close your account. Here is exactly what that means.
What we hold about you
- Your account details: name and email address.
- Your MC profile: MC name, avatar, gear and chosen profile theme.
- Your gameplay record: games played, answers, fans, streaks, achievements and battle results.
- Your social data: friends, friend requests and battle invitations.
- Your preferences: background theme and whether you want reminder emails.
Deleted straight away
- Every saved game session and its answers and scores.
- Every battle you created, along with its results.
- Every friendship and friend request in either direction.
Removed when your account closes
- Your achievements and weekly challenge entries.
- Your MC profile details, avatar and gear.
- Your account itself, including your name and email address.
This cannot be undone
Your fans, streak and achievements are lost for good, and other players will no longer see you on leaderboards. It is not possible to restore the data afterwards.
We need to know which account is yours, so please sign in first.
Rather not delete everything?
