Privacy Policy

Hip Hop Heads is a hip hop trivia game. Playing it means creating an account and building up a record of your progress. This policy covers the game itself and the account behind it.

Hip Hop Heads is operated by Jamison Technology LLC, which is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Trivia questions are generated in advance to build our question bank. Generating a question involves only the question text itself and other trivia questions already in the bank. Your personal information is never sent to generate questions.

Hip Hop Heads shows advertising from our own advertising partners. We count how many times an ad was shown and how many times it was clicked, in aggregate, so advertisers can see how a campaign performed.

These counts are not linked to your personal profile, and we do not build advertising profiles of you or sell your personal information to advertisers.

We do not sell your personal information.

Other players. Some information is visible to other players by design: your MC name, avatar, fans, scores, achievements and leaderboard position. Your email address is never shown to other players.

Service providers. The platform providers that host and operate the game for us, and email delivery for reminder emails you have opted into.

Legal reasons. Where we are required to by law, or to protect the safety of players and the service.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you remove your data, we delete the records described on the Remove My Data page and close your account.

• You can update your MC name, avatar and profile details at any time from your Profile page.
• You can turn daily reminder emails off in Settings.
• You can remove your personal data from the Remove My Data page.
• You can ask us a question about your data from the Support page.

Hip Hop Heads is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us through the Support page and we will remove it.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no online service can promise perfect security, so please use a strong password and do not share your login details with anyone.

Your information is stored and processed on servers in the United States. By using Hip Hop Heads you consent to your information being handled there.

We may update this policy as the game changes. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Hip Hop Heads after a change means you accept the updated policy.
