How do I earn fans?
Answer trivia questions correctly. Easy questions pay 100 fans, medium 125, and hard 150. You need 80% accuracy or better across a session to keep what you earned, and correct answer streaks add bonus multipliers.
What are Gold Records and Platinum Albums?
They are the Record Shop currencies. 500 fans convert into 1 Gold Record, and 10 Gold Records convert into 1 Platinum Album. Platinum Albums are what unlock MC Battles.
How do MC Battles work?
A battle is a 1v1 trivia duel. Both players answer the same 10 questions with a 30 second timer on each. Faster correct answers score more points. Leaving a battle part way through counts as an automatic loss.
Why can't I start a battle?
Entering an MC Battle takes 5 Platinum Albums. If you have enough and still can't start, try a different era or difficulty — the battle needs enough questions for the setting you picked.
How do I change my MC name or avatar?
Head to your Profile page. You can update your MC name, avatar and gear there at any time. Your new MC name shows up on leaderboards and in battles.
How do I stop the daily reminder emails?
Go to Settings, open the Account tab, and switch off Daily Challenge Reminders under Notifications.
I think a question or answer is wrong. What do I do?
Send it to us through the Support page and include the question text if you can. We review every report and correct anything that is off.
How do I delete my account or personal data?
Use the Remove My Data page. It clears your saved data immediately and asks us to close your account.
